In addition, our team of specialists provides 24/7/365 support, minimizing the need for dedicated in-house resources and reducing ongoing operational costs.

  • Depending on your business requirements and data volume, we also offer an on-premises deployment option to provide greater flexibility and control.
  • 24/7/365 Support Service is available as an optional add-on service.

Supports All Industries, Business Types, and Sizes

Our system has been successfully deployed across businesses of various sizes, supporting operations ranging from 1,000 shipment records per month to over 1,000,000 shipment records per day. It also serves organizations with anywhere from a single location to networks of up to 42 branches.

In addition, the system supports both B2B and B2C (e-commerce) distribution operations. With its highly flexible customization capabilities, it can be adapted to meet the requirements of virtually any industry, business model, or product category.

Extensive Integration Experience with Business Systems and Material Handling Equipment

We have extensive experience integrating with a wide range of systems, from sales management systems and order processing platforms to other upstream and downstream business applications. We also support integration with material handling systems and equipment, including DAS, GAS, and DPS, enabling seamless and efficient warehouse operations.

In addition, the system supports bulk data import and provides flexible options for exporting operational data and reports in various formats, making data management and analysis more efficient.

Secure and Reliable Cloud Operations

C-NET’s cloud-based WMS enables users to access the system anytime, anywhere via the Internet. Compared to on-premises deployments, it offers lower implementation costs, faster deployment, and greater operational flexibility, making it an efficient and cost-effective solution for warehouse management.

In addition, customer data is stored in a highly resilient data center designed to withstand disasters and protected by strict security measures. This ensures a secure, reliable, and trustworthy cloud environment for your business operations.

To meet specific customer requirements, we also offer a secondary backup server hosted in a separate data center as part of a Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategy. Data is continuously synchronized between sites, ensuring that operations can be restored quickly with minimal downtime and no data loss in the event of an unexpected incident.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

After registering the various master data and completing system training, an operational rehearsal is conducted to verify that all business processes function as originally planned

Next, before going live, initial inventory data is imported into the system, and inbound and outbound operations begin in the live environment

If implemented using the system’s standard functions and all master data (such as product information) is properly prepared in advance, the system can be launched in as little as approximately two weeks.

During system training, we provide an Excel template based on ci.Himalayas/R2. Customers are required to prepare and enter data such as product information, storage locations, and inventory quantities into the template for system import.

A user manual will be provided during the system training session.

We provide daily support and assistance for a wide range of inquiries, including system usage guidance, device configuration (such as terminals, printers, and handheld terminals), as well as data recovery and troubleshooting processes in case of errors during data import.

We will gather each customer’s (inventory owner’s) specific business requirements, such as inbound and outbound transaction data exchange and operational result data. We then provide support for adding necessary functions and registering relevant master data to ensure the system is properly configured for their operations.

Data exported from ci.Himalayas/R2 can be used for various types of analysis, such as evaluating optimal inventory levels, supporting replenishment and purchasing decisions, analyzing employee productivity per hour, and performing a wide range of other business analyses.

The system supports the following operational workflows

  • Single Picking (Order-Based Picking)
  • Total Picking + Order-Based Picking
  • Total Picking + Seed Picking
  • Total Picking + Set Product Sortation

As the system developer, we are able to provide a wide range of customizations based on customer requirements. The most commonly requested customization types include

  • Customizing Outbound Shipping Order Data Format
  • Customizing Delivery Note Format

All data communication over the internet is secured using SSL encryption, and FTP communication also supports SSL encryption.

We are certified under the ISO 27001 information security management standard

The system is operated in a cloud environment compliant with ISO/IEC 27001 standards and is built on infrastructure with Tier 4-equivalent performance and security, ensuring a highly robust and reliable platform
